Privacy Policy

1. To register, you must provide and maintain true, accurate, and current information about yourself. Failure to maintain such information with Hawaii Bid Site may result in suspension or termination of your account and loss of the use of our services. You may edit, update, or change your account information as well as your password at any time by using your present Hawaii Bid Site user ID and password. Your account information is password-protected so that only you have access to this personal information. Do not give your password to anyone as they may engage in illegal activities on your behalf. You are solely responsible for the secrecy of your password or any personal information whenever you are online. Unfortunately, no data or information on the Internet can be guaranteed 100% secure, however, Hawaii Bid Site will make every effort to ensure its security while on our system.
2. Hawaii Bid Site will not sell any personally identifiable information about you to any third party. Certain information such as your password, credit card number, and bank account information will not be disclosed in any event. We may internally use personally identifiable information about you to establish a credit account with us. We may need to use this information if you choose to bid, buy, or sell on Hawaii Bid Site.
3. We ask that minors do not submit any personal information to us, as we cannot allow minors to use our services unless it is with and in conjunction with a parent or legal guardian.
4. Hawaii Bid Site will not disclose any of your personally identifiable information except when we have your permission or under special circumstances dictated by local, state, or federal law enforcement agencies.
5. We will remove your credit card information from our database upon your request, provided all outstanding bills are paid. Removal of all credit card information may subject your account for termination.
6. Hawaii Bid Site's Privacy Policy is incorporated into and subject to the terms of our User Agreement.
