At Alonzo's, we start with the highest grade(choice meat) for our
Hawaiian Steak. We then marinate in our special sauce(this
makes the Hawaiian Steak) and vacuum pack the Hawaiian Steak to
ensure long-term freshness and flavor retention of our delicious
"Alonzo's Hawaiian Steak™".
The Hawaiian Steak is packed in
1/2 lb. portions for retail, and
10 to 15 lb portions for bulk sale.
In the store,
the Hawaiian Steak can be ordered in any quantity.
